The Advanced Botulinum Toxin course is a day focusing on one modality giving increased confidence and reinforcing the skills and principles required to practice advanced Botulinum Toxin treatments.

Advanced Botox Training Course

This course is aimed at those practitioners who have completed our Beginners' course, or those who are already experienced in using Botulinum Toxin to treat expression lines but wish to expand their knowledge to allow them to add perioral lines, oral commissures, jaw, neck and hyperhidrosis to their current treatment menu.

 

What does the Botox training course involve?

On the day, the course will begin with a brief assessment, followed by a presentation by our lead training practitioner, which will cover advanced facial assessment and the theory behind advanced Botox treatments. Delegates will spend time with their models in order to conduct a thorough medical consultation with them prior to their treatment. The practical session of the course will then take place, giving all delegates the opportunity to practice the advanced injection techniques on their models, under the guidance of our trainers.

This course is designed to give you the knowledge and skills to expand the treatment options available for your treatments. This course equates to 8 CPD Hours. The treatment areas covered include;

  • Masseter Muscle (This helps to slim the face and lift the jawline)
  • Perioral Region (Helps to evert, "Flip" the lip and reduce perioral lines)
  • Gummy Smile (Helps to reduce gum exposure)
  • Nasoglabellar Lines/"Bunny Scrunch" (Prevents the compensation lines from a glabella treatment)
  • Depressor Anguli Oris (Helps to turn up the corners of the mouth)
  • Platysmal (Helps to reduce the appearance of an ageing neck)
  • Mentalis Muscle (Improves the appearance of the chin) 
  • Hyperhidrosis (Underarm sweating)
